Being able to help guide raw talent who may not have had the opportunity to take their skills to the next level and leave as a more confident and polished designer is really special to witness and be a part of.
Cons
The only real cons have been the pandemic and not being able to have the kids all in one space to collaborate and create their own creative communities like in previous years.
