      Gained a lot of hands-on experience due to being straight out of uni Sometimes the locations of builds can be interesting

      Cons

      Extremely poor management - belittles employees to make them feel worthless. Made to feel that your work is never enough. Extremely low pay for a job that requires a good and varied amount of expertise. Toxic work environment - stems from blatant favouritism by management. Very much an old boys club

      You get to go to some great places

      Cons

      The management team is completely incompetent—they have no idea how to run a company. Everything is always left to the last possible second, creating constant chaos. Hard work is never acknowledged, and the expectation is that you give your all without a shred of appreciation or reward

      No pros. Only cons to share.

      Cons

      Promised a salary, end up being hourly paid. No safety standards (bonuses provided for not reporting injuries). Actively dismisses people if they are injured or have family needs. Cuts corners and would rather not spend any money on employee wellbeing.
