Company has an excellent product line and generous commission structure. Integrity is a word not lost here.

Pros
The people really make you feel welcome and supported. This is one of the best family owned companies I've ever worked for. The freedom to set your own schedule is great. This company would be great for someone who already has an established network of customers and/or someone jumping into a well established territory.
Cons
It is a very tough industry and the commission structure either works for you or against you. They try and help you get established in the beginning with bonuses to supplement your commission, but they wean you so eventually your 100% commissioned pay. If taking on a new territory it is incredibly difficult to make a respectable pay check.
