      how to break a company

      Pros

      good pay, lots of opportunities for career growth (you can start as customer support and end up as a UX designer), interesting benefits system, super atmosphere up to a certain point (company's stock price collapse)

      Cons

      they will fire you without blinking an eye, they don't respect people, towards the end when they want to fire you they will make you puke your guts out for a month over a task that literally can't be done. i ended up in psychotherapy after working there, to this day I have flashbacks from Vietnam as I hear “ownership” which is one of the “Values” written into the company constitution

      Pros

      People. The team is Text's greatest asset. Good perks considering B2B contracts

      Cons

      Lack of respect to employees, lack of accountability and responsibility from C-level. Micromanagement. Inability to use the expert talent within the company. Management is not willing to listen to opinions different than their own. Firing people on no reasonable grounds by specific member of the higher management isn't isolated incident anymore but a common practice.

      Pros

      Easy to get in, interview is a pice of cake.

      Cons

      Chaos, constantly loosing clients and nobody has a solid idea how to fix that. VC's of engineering coding skills are one of best jokes out there. It's not worth it, constant changes in priorities, projects that never end, constant overtime work and a lack of listening to the voice of employees make this company a company to avoid.
