Pros
good pay, lots of opportunities for career growth (you can start as customer support and end up as a UX designer), interesting benefits system, super atmosphere up to a certain point (company's stock price collapse)
Cons
they will fire you without blinking an eye, they don't respect people, towards the end when they want to fire you they will make you puke your guts out for a month over a task that literally can't be done. i ended up in psychotherapy after working there, to this day I have flashbacks from Vietnam as I hear “ownership” which is one of the “Values” written into the company constitution
