You learn everything on how one of the industry leaders built its position on best customer service & customer support in that industry. You get to know SaaS operations, support, sales, product development insight out. You will meet very competent, talented and creative people. You will be provided with extensive hands-on training. You will have the opportunity to move to other teams if you decide to change your career, including: tech support, software testing, product development, marketing, tech content writing, solution partnerships, and more. You have a chance to work with chat, chatbot, help desk and knowledge base software, including AI. Very competitive salary.

Cons

24/7 support requires working on shift, including nights and weekends. Good written and spoken English is required. Occasionally, you may enter a conversation with a demanding or rude customer.
