You get to know SaaS operations, support, sales, product development insight out. You will meet very competent, talented and creative people. You will be provided with extensive hands-on training. You will have the opportunity to move to other teams if you decide to change your career, including: tech support, software testing, product development, marketing, tech content writing, solution partnerships, and more. You have a chance to work with chat, chatbot, help desk and knowledge base software, including AI. Very competitive salary.

Cons

24/7 support requires working on shift, including nights and weekends. Good written and spoken English is required. Occasionally, you may enter a conversation with a demanding or rude customer.

Pros

People. The team is Text's greatest asset. Good perks considering B2B contracts

Cons

Lack of respect to employees, lack of accountability and responsibility from C-level. Micromanagement. Inability to use the expert talent within the company. Management is not willing to listen to opinions different than their own. Firing people on no reasonable grounds by specific member of the higher management isn't isolated incident anymore but a common practice.
