      Decent pay, great colleagues, nice office

      Cons

      Very little user centric design Repetitive and pointless, I spend more time documenting a link hover effect change in confluence than actually designing Do not use agile method properly and are slowed down because of it

      Good company values, benefits, bonuses.

      Cons

      Almost annual reorgs in IT which include layoffs so job security is poor. Development team management does not prioritize quality so software quality is often low and poorly tested in order to meet aggressive deadlines.
