Unhygienic office eating area. Management is not good. Not many seniors in the company. Pay is very less. No learning opportunities for freshers or seniors.

The threat of layoffs looms large, and when it happens, don’t expect any compensation. Instead, they prefer to corner employees into resigning, so they can avoid severance pay. There are no perks—no team lunches, dinners, parties, or outings. The only gesture during Diwali is a food packet, which, frankly, is laughable considering the quality is on par with what we donate to the less fortunate. It’s a stark reminder that the company is as poor in spirit as it is in finances. The company itself is stagnant, showing no signs of growth or innovation. The HR department is notoriously unprofessional, led by someone with a dreadful attitude and zero empathy. The Project Manager, unfortunately, is equally ineffective, lacking both knowledge and leadership skills. While the CEO might come off as friendly, it’s all surface-level—his charm evaporates the moment you walk out the door. In summary, this company is a dead-end for anyone looking to grow or even just maintain their career. The environment is toxic, the leadership is lacking, and the overall experience is disheartening. Avoid it if you value your professional and personal well-being.
