The team at TechShepherd is dedicated, efficient, and determined- a true pleasure to work with every day. As an intern, I was treated as full member of the team and given real tasks to work on. This internship has truly prepared me for the real world. It has enhanced my communication skills and understanding of both the marketing industry and how small businesses run. I could not urge someone looking for valuable work experience enough to apply to TechShepherd.
Cons
Some tasks require more thought and effort than others so it is important to remain flexible and patient as these tasks are still necessary and important to serve the clients needs.

Cons
We work hard and sometimes the job can be high pressure and high stress. Those looking for a job/paycheck won't be happy here, but those looking to dedicate themselves to a long-term career will thrive.
