None. There are no pros.

Cons

They are extremely unethical, in more ways than one. To you, and to who you will be contracting. You are basically their slave. You cannot get out of their contract. Do not work for them. They are in constant legal battles. They have an attorney on staff to go over your employment terms! That is a major red flag.

If you are not working in the US and try to legally come to the States is one way to achieve this

Cons

Poor managers, bad employee support, liars, unethical, will do anything to not give you things that were state, and have a terrible way to motivate the current employees, they will always call you and tell you have terrible reviews on the project where you are, terrible strategy to keep your employees motivated, will not pay you when your off project so the consultant has to drain their savings to survive the long periods of time inactive

Pros

Good benefits and incentives. I got a review of 20% as promised for commitment and hard work. My manager told me I was doing well on project for the whole year and on my first year I got a nice size kick in my salary!

Cons

Wanted to bring my wife but couldn’t, my manager suggested during training that it would be best to focus on my studies. I later thanked my manager because I spent a lot of time hitting the books.
