If you are not working in the US and try to legally come to the States is one way to achieve this

Poor managers, bad employee support, liars, unethical, will do anything to not give you things that were state, and have a terrible way to motivate the current employees, they will always call you and tell you have terrible reviews on the project where you are, terrible strategy to keep your employees motivated, will not pay you when your off project so the consultant has to drain their savings to survive the long periods of time inactive
