It's welcoming and inclusive, and fun. Everyone respects each other and their work, and we all recognize that you're here to hustle and win, but we have fun while we do it! Massive room for growth. If you're willing to invest in yourself, Tech-Keys will always match that investment and recognize your value, and you'll continue to move up. Culture is unmatched! Really, Tech-Keys is like a second family to me

Pros

Some of the biggest pros of working here are the company culture and the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies. I’ve really enjoyed gaining exposure to different systems and tools and the experience has helped me grow both technically and professionally. We are always willing to help each other out and that there is a strong sense of teamwork. It also feels like everyone has a positive attitude, which makes it easier to communicate, solve problems, and actually enjoy the work day!

Cons

I do not have any cons that come to mind. If I ever have an issue, I feel comfortable enough to communicate them with my manager and know it will be handled promptly.
