      Intelligent employees, good mission, long history in the field.

      Cons

      lack of leadership at top, lack of focus- conflicting vision and constantly changing priorities. Have lost most of their grant funding and are scrambling to find a way to survive.

      The mission of Tech Collective is to keep technology education and skills strong in RI.

      Cons

      E.D. misappropriate funds, lies to members, over demands employees and is unethical. Board Members do not listen to employees who are in the forefront of making this organization survive and thrive.
