    Pros

    TOPdesk is one of the best organizations I've ever worked for! I think the contributing factors of what make this organization great are the fantastic culture and leadership. TOPdesk culture is built on trust, freedom and responsibility. These values are not something that is placed in a company handbook, it's something that the organization lives by. There is a shared respect for one another within the organization and a commitment to building each other up and growing together. A big part of the shared respect is the commitment to a true work life balance for the team. Another part of what makes this organization great is the leadership! We have leaders that are always there to help and invested in helping you grow .

    Cons

    Compensation could be higher, that being said there are amazing benefits and perks for make up for it

    I have been working at TOPdesk full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The culture at TOPdesk is very friendly, supportive and fun. It's easy to tell that people enjoy coming to work everyday. TOPdesk offers a great work-life balance with more than enough paid holidays. The company gives its employees a lot of freedom and trusts that they will be responsible with it. Overall a fantastic place to work.

    Cons

    The only con I can think of is that the pay isn't as high as elsewhere.

    The people, culture, and the freedom to express ideas and thoughts. The company believes in it's people. This is my biggest pro.

    Cons

    I love my job. I never dread going to work in the morning. I can't say I can think of any cons. I'm sure there are, but the positive outweighs the negative, hands down.

    Pros

    If you're looking for a great place to work - look no further! Here at TOPdesk Canada you will feel valued and heard from day 1. Also, the culture is very strong and positive, making you feel at home right away. The role also allows for lots of freedom to forge your own path and do what you love. I would highly recommend TOPdesk as a great place to work!

    Not your common corporate job. Very unique atmosphere where you are surrounded with hard-working, driven, fun and like-minded people. Your opinion is valued and you are given the freedom to express that opinion and help make meaningful change or suggestions. Having the freedom and trust of the organization allows you to develop and gain valuable experience as well.

    I worked at TOPdesk for less than a year

    Pros

    I was a newcomer to Canada and landed my first parttime job as a Lead Generation Representative at TOPdesk. I was warmly welcomed, constantly encouraged through my tenure and felt appreciated for my work. Working with a fun multinational, millennial community, TOPdesk was a great place to both learn and earn, as well as meet new, equally-driven, hardworking individuals. Not to mention, food is an essential part of the culture and we had so many fun lunches :)

    Pros

    Supportive team, lots of opportunities for self-development and for moving forward with your career, freedom to manage your tasks the way that's optimal to you. Ideas are very welcomed and everyone has a word, no matter the case. Awesome company culture, always improving global and local teamwork and goal setting, flat hierarchy. Due to the covid situation, the company is doing everything for the safety of the employees, supporting home office in every way that's possible, but when the regulations allow, those who want can also work at the office - it's up to the employees to decide.
