      An absolute nightmare

      Pros

      At one time there were great benefits and flexible work schedules

      Cons

      New CEO and leadership team are making policy decisions and adding vendors and partnerships so they can line their own pockets. They DO NOT CARE about their physician policyholders or employees. The policyholder-elected Board of Governors has turned a blind eye to these practices and have given them carte blanche. If you are an employee . . . get out now while you still can.

      Nice people, great medical, personal and retirement benefits

      Cons

      Lousy sick/vacation time for people starting out, bad out-of-date salaries, antiquated tools, lack of integrity in it's HR department. PTO schedule encourages people to come in sick.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time at TMLT as an intern. I feel so lucky to have been with people who genuinely care about each other and their clients, and I believe this attitude stems from the friendly and hard-working company culture. Everyone I met at TMLT went above and beyond to help me learn about how we could help improve the current healthcare environment. As a student in Nursing, this experience was invaluable to me!
