no cons! great company and upper management

The most unprofessional company I've ever worked for and not fully understanding what customer service really means. They will over work the employee but you would think that there would be respect and gratitude for the extra workload that is expected, but no. There is no respect for the employee at all! Warning notices are handed out like water. The hours are flexible so do not expect normal hours by any means. If you're not part of the clique, then watch your back because they will take the word of the clique friend over what is actual and the truth every time. Improper supervision, improper training and tolerance for employees obviously part of their clique, allowed to work under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Not a good workplace environment for anyone!
