      - Great team, fun people - Loads of events and things to do - Ownership + flat workfloor - if you have good plans you can step up and ask for budget. - All in all a real good experience.

      Cons

      - The company is a bit lost in a tough transition to become better. This causes some friction. - Sometimes the company misses a clear course or dot on the horizon that keeps the direction clear where it's going. Causing it to be swayed by the issues of the day.
