I began my journey with Sutter Health at 18 years old in Environmental Services. Over the years, Sutter provided opportunities for growth that allowed me to transition into outpatient imaging (MRI, X-ray, and Mammography) while continuing my education. I later advanced into nursing and am now nearing completion of my Advanced Practice Nurse training ( NP).Sutter has supported my professional development, education, and long-term career vision.

Cons

Like any large healthcare system, navigating transitions and growth pathways can sometimes feel complex and slow, especially for employees who advance through multiple roles.

We work together as a team and feels like family. Everyone is so supportive and you feel like you really make an impact on patients lives and recovery journey. Our manager Kyle is also phenomenal and works closely with the patients and employees.
