Pros
Very forward thinking company, the vibe was always positive & most importantly very productive. Good work space too. Management cared and looked after staff, you feel comfortable & motivated to work. Overall great & very conducive place to work. Amazing line managers and supervisors too.

None I can think of.

Flexible, very good pay, work from home which is very pleasant, kind and nice managers, very simple and enjoyable surveys, good shift timings, weekly pay which is also great.
Cons
No downsides, no complaints whatsoever. A great company to work for.
