      Exciting product and good location

      It is strange to watch other companies become flatter while this one keeps adding management layers. More layers have not made ownership clearer or decisions better. Mostly, they have created more distance from the actual work. Being visible seems to count for more than producing actual results. People see this and adjust. Morale is low, trust is limited.

      Great coffee but lots of pressure to build good stuff

      Incredible variety of coffee options Executive team absolutely rips on piano, bass, and vocals Very high trust environment (which can be scary I suppose)

      All your artist friends asking you for discount codes Lucian Grange won’t speak to you without his lawyers—those dinner parties are way less fun now :(
