      The most dedicated employees who care passionately about keeping physical media alive. I could be myself and was accepted.

      Limited career growth because of declining business. Hopefully it stabilizes.

      Pros

      Offers best of both worlds with hybrid schedule, 2 days work from home, remaining days at office with good culture and benefits. They're constantly looking at ways to make opportunities for professional growth and more fun workspace. A lot of focus on process innovations to become an industry leader. Parent studios are WB & Universal.

      Cons

      Had a really rough start with launch, Operations systems and processes are a bit out of date but executive management is making efforts in reviewing for improvements so looking hopeful.
