- interesting, meaningful projects and working with clients at senior levels - high degree of prestige within the broader PwC consulting business unit - close-knit culture among junior staff - well-respected practice leader - opportunities for international secondments

Cons

- good comp compared to Canadian average salaries but underpaid versus competitors (MBB, other Tier 2 e.g. Kearney, OW); significantly lower than US colleagues; bonus fluctuates heavily based on the year (e.g. 2%-20%) - slower promotion timelines versus competitors by 1-2 years per level; limited opportunities to show ability to get promoted - largely unknown brand in the market in Canada, in the process of developing the brand - no training (tough for MBA hires) - D&I issues
