Cons

Too much Technical Debt created by years of not delivering strategic change Knowledge loss given mass exodus of people out of the business No longevity in Senior Management so priorities changing all the time Wasting huge amounts of money on non value add consultants Culturally not a great place to work now with lack of opportunity
