      Pros

      You can get great training and knowledge about the market. You can learn their approach to sales from a factual and numerical stand point

      Cons

      Upper management is literally the worst they will tell you to your face that unless you make more sales they won't like you. They put all the team leads against each other. They are horrible with conflict management and not caring or compassionate towards employees. There is no (ZERO) Work life balance. Their compensation plans change very frequently to benefit the company. They manipulate Canadian Laws to their benefit It is very much an aggressive Indian company, not really culturally diverse at all.

      Working at Square Yards Real Estate has been incredibly rewarding, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in real estate, especially in the area of pre-construction properties. The training is top-notch, providing us with deep insights and practical skills that really fit with the fast-moving pace of real estate development. The pay at Square Yards is quite good, which really shows how much the company values its staff. The workload is manageable too, which is essential in a field as busy as ours. Thanks to this, I've been able to maintain a great work-life balance, with plenty of time for my personal life outside of work. In summary, Square Yards Real Estate is a fantastic place to work. It’s perfect for anyone looking to keep learning, earn well, and still have time for life outside work in the competitive world of real estate.
