      Pros

      - Flexibility and room for growth - Autonomy to succeed and not be micromanaged - Dynamic technological learning environment - Those with initiative and drive will have the opportunity to succeed

      Cons

      As with any small business, visions of upper and lower management can collide, however this was apparent at only selective times throughout my tenure.

      Pros

      Smart, hardworking people are allowed to excel, and this provides a certain freedom to good employees Fun and casual "small business" culture You get to work with some people that are truly great, both personally and professionally

      Cons

      In any small business you need to have flexibility, initiative, and intelligence to see things through to completion, independently of a supervisor micromanaging you. Some people will struggle with this since this can be more challenging than a corporate environment where you are responsible for a very small element of a larger chain of operations. Pay is somewhat less than you'd make at a large corporation

      The company is not for people unwilling to take responsibility for themselves and understand smaller companies require everyone to work together.
