      Amazing recruiter, pay options, location options

      Cons

      Some hospitals are awful to work for but that has nothing to do with springboard. They take away your stipend if you miss a day because the hospital cancels you but you still have to live wherever you are so that doesn’t make any sense.

      Pros

      For internal employees: Positive work environment. Flexible schedule (Work From Home, Hybrid, and 4.5 day schedules available depending on position and tenure) For travel nurses and techs: All recruiters are encouraged to be engaged with their travelers by management. But your experience will be dependent on how good your recruiter is.

      Cons

      Benefits have been an opportunity in the past, but there have been improvements. And there are supposed to be significant improvements for 2024. PTO takes too long to ramp up.
