I never got the opportunity to interview. I am leaving this review because I received an email that they were interested in my skills based on my resume and asked me to schedule time to speak. I scheduled time to speak and at the time of my scheduled call, I waited patiently for the phone call to come through to begin the interview and instead I received an email notification that the interview was cancelled. No explanation, no apology. Very unprofessional and a reflection of what would be expected of this organization.
Springboard Health response

Thank you for the feedback. I take pride in providing a pleasant interview experience with Springboard and I am disappointed I did not live up to that expectation. If I'm not mistaken, we had an interview scheduled Tuesday. Our interview time was half an hour before we close payroll for our travel staff and two issues cropped up requiring my immediate attention. I sent a cancellation notice via Outlook and included a note explaining the situation requesting a time to reschedule. Upon review, it looks like you would have to open the cancellation request on your calendar in order to view the message. I assumed it would come to you as an email message. I also provide my direct contact information when requesting meetings so applicants can contact me directly if situations like these arise. Thank you again for providing this feedback. Going forward, I will amend my processes based on your feedback. If you would like to reschedule our call, please feel to contact me by phone or text at 480-409-8273. Sean O'Donnell - Sr. Manager Sales Operations.
I applied online. I interviewed at Springboard Health
Interview
I applied online and was given a phone interview. We discussed job requirements and aspects of traveling in general as this was my first contract position. I asked about housing and travel pay which was completely new to me.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Springboard Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2019
Interview
Came in to meet with the internal recruiter, Sean, first. Then I met with the Sales Manager, Kat. They were both warm, took the time to get to know me and were interested in not only my experience as a recruiter, but also with previous agencies. They made it clear that they wanted to change my less than stellar perception of the industry, and they seemed to value collaboration, training and a positive team atmosphere. I then came back and met with them again, but also the CEO, Gavin Hays. He was tougher, but still seemed approachable and honest. I really enjoyed meeting each of them, and seeing the different perspectives.

Question 1
Everyone lies. There is no wrong answer, but trust is key, so if I hire you, what would you lie to me about?
