      Nice and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Family owned, no room to move up. Lots expected from employees, but lack of direction. Disorganized. Benefits kept getting cut.

      Autonomy. Culture. Care about employees. They choose employees that fit their culture so by and large the people you work with having been hard working and easy to get along with.
