Pros
This is my 3rd company and by far the best one I've worked at. As a small company, you wear a lot of hats but you get exposed to other parts of the business that you might not have the chance to experience elsewhere. The executive team is extremely transparent and I view all 4 of them as role models. It's a place where "coworkers" quickly become close friends outside of the office. We have a unique story that separates us from other products in the market and it has resonated with customers which has fueled our rapid growth. Everyone works together for the common goal and the work/life balance is great. There's also great perks like a free gym membership at a very nice fitness club in back bay. We also hammer sandwiches so if you like subs this is the place for you

401k match would be nice but I'm sure it'll evolve as we keep growing.
