      Pros

      -One of the rules of Spiro is "no jerks" and they've done well screening on that-- everyone is easy to talk to and always willing to help. The team is young and driven, and your opinion is always valued. Management is always willing to listen. -I'm a remote employee and I came in worrying about not being to connect with my coworkers. However, the internal culture at Spiro thrives and it's great, even though we're all virtual. -BDR roles are fast paced and dynamic, but the team at Spiro trains you well and constantly gives helpful notes and supports you in your growth. -There are a lot of cool perks and benefits

      No cons in particular. It is a startup, so things are constantly changing but I like it!

      Pros

      This is my 3rd company and by far the best one I've worked at. As a small company, you wear a lot of hats but you get exposed to other parts of the business that you might not have the chance to experience elsewhere. The executive team is extremely transparent and I view all 4 of them as role models. It's a place where "coworkers" quickly become close friends outside of the office. We have a unique story that separates us from other products in the market and it has resonated with customers which has fueled our rapid growth. Everyone works together for the common goal and the work/life balance is great. There's also great perks like a free gym membership at a very nice fitness club in back bay. We also hammer sandwiches so if you like subs this is the place for you

      401k match would be nice but I'm sure it'll evolve as we keep growing.
