- Unlimited Time Off - Dinners/Lunches with Owner - Fun Team - Pro and Con...Health Insurance - Offers Employment fresh out of college - Good place to begin learning in the field
Cons
- Health insurance does not cover a lot compared to the cost - No 401k - Shortly after working here, you will find there is nothing more to learn from the work they provide - Outdated development practices and code - Well below the national average for pay - Little to no opportunity for growth within the company -- If you do get promoted, you will handle your new work on top of your old work daily with little to no raise - Outdated computers and other technology - No paid holiday's - Little to no Paid Time Off

Pros
Some really smart people there making the most out of what they have. Really great starting out of college.
Cons
The owner is a micro manager and works remote. Walk that through your head. To the point that he literally has camera's throughout the office to monitor your every move and that of your browsing. At any point he can (and will) remote into your machine while you're working just to check in.
