Pros
Only saving grace is the Military facility that you actually work for is amazing and you don't have to work face to face with the management team at Spectrum EVER.
Cons
Disorganized, extremely ineffective communication, rude, condescending management / owner, company poorly mismanaged. Would give minus stars but Glassdoor makes you pick at least 1 star.
