Pros

-salaries are ok, for some roles, but thats about it

Cons

-promoted as remote but more and more jobs become hybrid or they will just fire you if you are not near one of their offices - monthly, sometimes even weekly firings of employees with no explanation, makes bad atmosphere and fear -leadership and management is one of the worst I have ever seen - C levels only care about money, no real interest in people, not competent enough to lead teams -areogant and toxic people -absolute lack of culture or trust, the new HR head and her team is also very questionable -negotiate a good salary cause you wont get any benefits or promotions or raises in the future

Company lacks leadership and transparency. The culture is rather declining

Pros

- Very good software, the engineering team cares about delivering quality upgrades - Depending on the role, the compensation package can be quite good - All remote first culture (if you like that) - Good industry to be in, the IaC space is steadily growing - The product is well perceived by Platform Engineers and DevOps experts - Investing in internal tools to make employee job easier

Cons

- Company culture is declining, recently there have been several layoff offs without any reasoning - During monthly company calls people aren't asking many questions. Mainly leadership is presenting - It feels like c-suite is only money driven, lacks in vision to become market leader in the IaC space - 100+ employees and there isn't any employee program for growth - Due to lack of growth and not reaching targets, there is a lot of pressure on marketing and sales - Employee benefits were cut off - no personal insurance, no budget for office equipment, nor open office rental possibilities - Leadership doesn't know how to motivate employees - Inexperienced GTM team
