      Pros

      You can get 2 services a month while on the clock. The are flexible with your working schedule.

      Cons

      Very low pay. They do not pay a livable wage to anyone, including teachers. You do more work for the same amount of pay. There is no training, pretty much every man for itself.

      Worked with Kris Stecker and Nancy Risley closely, they are very open to communication and are really open to new ideas. Also worked with Brittany and she's awesome!
