I couldn't find any cons actually.

The only pros I experienced working here were the few people I worked with

The owners don't care about employees, over all very poor treatment The building is gross & falling apart The pay is horrible, don't ever expect a raise The benefits are horrible Very poor communication between locations The owners were super micro managers and make horrible business decisions/waste money People would break their backs for this company and never received acknowledgement or compensation. They talk behind everyone's back Low morale Employees are like a revolving door
