It would probably be a good company to work for if you were related to anyone in management. The managers treated they're existing friends and relatives completely different than other employees. You could get away with anything as long as you were friends with the right people regardless of how hard you work. There were people going above and beyond for the clients and coworkers but none of that mattered if even just one person in authority did not like you. They really discouraged close friendships among employees, yet they were allowed to clearly show their relationships with employees they had friendships with.

No formal training! Treated as an idiot when asking intelligent questions. A lot of nepotism with less than 35 full-time employees Breaking State and Federal Laws with social security numbers unmasked!!! Managers are not professional! HR Rep has no business sense.
