      Pros

      - managers give you the standard operating procedures but do not micro manage - I have the freedom to go above and beyond my job description - company recognizes when I perform above and beyond the job description and give feedback when I am not doing what is required of me. -company has a company wide bonus structure paid out quarterly based on team metrics -leaders work with you to make sure you’re successful. -all members are supportive of each other.

      Cons

      -because it is a small business, everyone has to do their part and when people are sick or don’t show up, everyone must step in and help (and they do)

      A place to build a professional sales partnership

      Pros

      Great management team, willing to train and develop young professionals like myself with little sales experience. They've showed my the value of building relationships and rapport with multiple networking platforms. Tons of freebies, office lunches, work from home flexibility, and free coffee.

      Cons

      With any sales role, you must be self-sufficient and organized. Selling payroll software isn't an easy task, but it's rewarding.
