      People are generally friendly and collaborative. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      High turnover in Operation and Accounting. Pay is not scaled to workload. Systems and processes are very manual. Whatever they offer you, ask for more.

      Used to be a lot of good people at one time

      Cons

      Senior team really fell apart and the COO disappeared and she was the best one. Not sure what the company is doing because nobody says anything and nobody shows up to the office. Most of the best people that really tried to make this a better place left or forced out. Some people from my group already quit and the rest are looking.
