Deteriorated fast and mass departures - Associate Director Sound Point Capital Employee Review

Senior team really fell apart and the COO disappeared and she was the best one. Not sure what the company is doing because nobody says anything and nobody shows up to the office. Most of the best people that really tried to make this a better place left or forced out. Some people from my group already quit and the rest are looking.
