      Toxic, sexist environment in the ops team The COO has a huge ego and you are a useless in front of him. Low pay, no promotions and burnout are just words they IGNORE happily

We appreciate you letting us know what is going on in regards to sexism, we take this concern very seriously and will look into it as we have a code of conduct for this. We are growing very fast and company culture keeps evolving, but we're trying our best to ensure that the diverse and secure culture is there. Whistleblowing program is a one of the example of it. Compensation is also one of the core topic for us. Our P&O team is analyzing the main components of each position and comparing these positions to similar jobs in other companies. To be sure that Solarians have competitive on the local market, compensation according to their professionalism. Also, our work environment and the well-being of all Solarians do matter to us. As a part of benefits program we provide employees psychological consultations and share best-practices, tips and benefits around the topic of health & well-being in the context of working remotely, mindfulness and psychological consultations in the #Health-and-wellbeing channel on Slack.       The most toxic environment I have ever worked for

      Pros

      * Loads of resources and Money that enables the company to spend so much on anything * Technology is quite fresh and new which enables personal growth

      Cons

      * Pyramid shaped structures with super old school management * Severe lack of understanding to dealing with topics like racism and sexism * Severe lack of transparency, feels like working for a dictatorship any opinion or criticism is considered a very big deal. For example, a person suggesting on slack that the HR should give the new joiners fruits instead of sweets as it's a more healthy alternatives caused a massive issue in the company to the extent that the CEO had to interfere * One of the funny things I heard before leaving, that they were faking positive knunu and glassdoor reviews :D In a nutshell, the company resembles a perfect example of startups who act like 100 years old corporates
