We appreciate you letting us know what is going on in regards to sexism, we take this concern very seriously and will look into it as we have a code of conduct for this. We are growing very fast and company culture keeps evolving, but we're trying our best to ensure that the diverse and secure culture is there. Whistleblowing program is a one of the example of it.
Compensation is also one of the core topic for us. Our P&O team is analyzing the main components of each position and comparing these positions to similar jobs in other companies. To be sure that Solarians have competitive on the local market, compensation according to their professionalism.
Also, our work environment and the well-being of all Solarians do matter to us. As a part of benefits program we provide employees psychological consultations and share best-practices, tips and benefits around the topic of health & well-being in the context of working remotely, mindfulness and psychological consultations in the #Health-and-wellbeing channel on Slack.
