The people are wonderful and passionate, the mission is critical and fulfilling, benefits are great and educational training

Pros

Passionate teammates and great cause.

Cons

Management does not seem to have a clear vision for the org. There is a lot of focus on awards, such as the world record and Shortys, with less resources provided for supporting programs and staff. Smile Train has become more corporate and strict in recent years which has led to significant turnover and many of those positions have not been backfilled. HR is messy.
