      Pros

      Amazing culture especially for a remote based company. Very decent transparency in decision making. Great opportunities to learn new things. Extremely supportive leadership and colleagues.

      Cons

      Career progression is sometimes difficult so people end up moving laterally a lot when they’re not always the best fit/qualified.

      Pros

      We work with many companies trying to help them improve their company culture with the means of our product. Slido always serves me as the best example of what an open and transparent culture should look like. We are given trust and responsibility form our team leads as well as the exec team and we genuinely fostered an environment where feedback is not only welcomed but frequently asked for. We are all growing (up) together and I'm happy to be a part of it!
