Regarding your comment on being very quarterly/sales driven; it is important that we meet our goals and expectations in order to maintain and grow our organization. In turn, this creates stability and opportunity for our entire workforce! With regard to feeling pressure and that your ramp up time felt rushed, we are sorry you felt this way.
