      - Ansys software is used on very exciting projects - Every day is different, each conversation is unique - Many talented engineers on staff who are willing to assist

      Cons

      - Very high turnover with top talent consistently leaving - Poor leadership and direction - Emphasize an employee-first approach but don't follow through - Suck up to leadership to have a chance of progressing

      We appreciate the feedback provided above. While we recognize that there has been some turnover, it has been leveling off. Employees satisfaction is SimuTech's priority and top initiative, we always encourage employees to voice their concerns and we are sorry that we did not have the opportunity to work through the areas of concerns above.
