Pros
I negotiated and had a good salary (for Serbia) and that's the only good part
Cons
Unstable company. They are outsourcing developers and that's all they do. In case client want to remove you from the project for any reason you're getting fired immediately. Not raising salaries but looking to lower it :D Interested in low payed developers.
