      Pros

      On the surface things look reasonable.

      Cons

      Doesn't take long to figure out the environment is quite toxic. Lots of disgruntled employees management that is clueless or choose to be clueless. In some departments plenty of finger pointing with employees avoiding their duties. In other words just poor management with a good old boy.

      Zero training, expected to work after hours, profits low for previous 2 years, moving up is difficult

      Fantastic coworkers, good health insurance, lots of sick time.

      Cons

      Slow growth and mismanagement at the upper level. Low pay. Bonus might as well be nonexistent. Gross levels of micromanaging and personal boundaries crossed. Inappropriate 'jokes' from management regarding work status. Hilariously low 401k contribution of 3%. Unreasonable levels of work expectations with little to no help.
