      Pros

      Top management hear your word if you want. Islamic culture. Learning curve is good.

      Cons

      excess pressure Additional work has to be done even after office hours. There was 1 stupid project manager who was literally toxic and didn't even spend any time on developers but the top management was friendly. Huge communication gap.
