Pros

Unfortunately there are no pros

Cons

- Expected to work late hours, looked at badly if you leave at contracted time - Micromanagement!! Spoken to like children with constant need for updates - Pure focus on number of calls. Practically a call centre - Revolving door when it comes to headcount, people laid off with no notice - Clear lack of communication between management and staff - Managers are like robots, have no empathy and do not provide any support - Unrealistic targets, you are expected to hit them and are berated if you don't - Horrible environment to work in

Pros

Unfortunately nothing to add here.

Cons

Please read the other negative reviews here, I wish they were there when I joined. Expected to work very long hours including weekends, penalised if you leave at your contracted leaving time. People who are willing to work extremely late every weeknight + work all weekend are rewarded. Very cliquey, they advertise weekly socials as a perk but what actually happens is the in crowd go out and only invite each other, it's not advertised to the company as an occasion. Very autocratic communication styles. Micromanaging to the extreme, felt a complete lack of trust from the top down. Insane workloads. I dreaded going to work every single day and was incredibly unhappy here. Staff turnover is very high and it's clear to see why.
